South Korea ministries block access to China's DeepSeek from military devices

South Korea has restricted Chinese language AI startup DeepSeek from accessing work computer systems throughout protection and commerce ministries. This follows a request from Seoul’s information watchdog to make clear information administration practices. The corporate, recognized for its AI chatbot R1 launched final month, faces scrutiny over person data dealing with much like considerations raised by France and Italy.
