The non-public fairness backer of the know-how firm beforehand generally known as UKFast is exploring a sale that it hopes will fetch a £400m price ticket.
Sky Information has learnt that Inflexion, the buyout agency, has employed funding bankers to orchestrate a sale of ANS, which gives cloud internet hosting providers to company clients.
UKFast was rebranded as ANS within the wake of revelations within the Monetary Instances in 2019 concerning the conduct of UKFast’s founder, Lawrence Jones.

Arma Companions is known to have been employed to advise on the sale of ANS, which was acquired by Inflexion in 2021.
