Homeland Safety officers on Monday stated that a health care provider from Lebanon who was deported over the weekend regardless of having a U.S. visa “overtly admitted” to supporting a Hezbollah chief and attending his funeral. The 34-year-old Lebanese citizen, who held an H-1B visa, was detained on Thursday at Logan Worldwide Airport in Boston after getting back from a visit to Lebanon to see household.
