Kosova, April 28, 2025 – The Owner School, a global company with a mission to empower small business owners through education and advisory services, has announced the launch of its new AI Integration and Advisory Services Center in Kosova. This center will serve the balkins region and play a critical role in closing the digital gap for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) while providing high-income job opportunities to the local economy.
“Every business problem is a personal problem, and every personal problem is a matter of education,” said Terrance Edmond, Chancellor and Founder of The Owner School Worldwide. “We do not start with product or technology. We lead with education, embedding that into the spirit and culture of our organization. This campus represents our commitment to supporting SMBs in Kosova and across the globe as they face the challenges of digital transformation and AI integration.”
The Owner School is not a traditional educational institution. Rather, it functions as a company with a school spirit, providing business owners with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to sustain and grow their businesses. The new campus will offer extensive programs, courses, and advisory services designed to help owners navigate the rapidly changing digital landscape and leverage AI technologies to enhance their operations.
Thousands of SMBs have faced closures globally due to the digital divide, with businesses struggling to keep pace with technological advancements. According to recent reports, over 100,000 small businesses have shuttered in the last year alone due to a lack of digital integration and the resources necessary to adapt to new technologies. Without proper support, the risk of further closures is high, and the digital gap between large corporations and mainstreet businesses continues to widen.
The new AI Integration Center in Kosova aims to mitigate this gap by providing essential education and resources, equipping business owners with the knowledge to integrate AI tools that enhance efficiency, marketing, and overall business operations. By offering this education and mentorship, The Owner School will help foster a thriving ecosystem of resilient, digitally-enabled SMBs.
The Owner School will also be introducing the SMB Professor role, a unique position specifically created for this new center. While the title may seem academic, at its core, the role involves providing high-level advisory services to small business owners. Individuals in this role will receive an intense, Black Belt MBA-level education, and by the time they begin working with clients, they will be well on their way to certification through the AASBC (Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants) within six months.
“This is not just a job; it’s a transformation,” added Edmond. “We are making substantial investments in the knowledge and capabilities of those who serve mainstreet business owners. We want to ensure that by the time they start advising clients, they are equipped with the highest level of expertise possible.”
The Owner School is actively seeking local partners in key industries such as digital marketing, real estate, and education to help coordinate efforts and ensure the success of this ambitious mission. Collaboration will be crucial as the company builds out this AI-centric ecosystem in Kosova, which will serve as a blueprint for future expansions into the U.S. and Latin America campuses.
“We are excited to see the impact this campus will have on Kosova’s economy and the future of small businesses worldwide,” said Edmond. “Together, we can help keep the doors of small businesses open and thriving, no matter where they are located.”
