First moon rocks on Earth in half a century arrive in UK | Science, Climate & Tech News

The primary samples of moon mud introduced again to Earth for greater than 50 years are within the UK – being studied by scientists in Milton Keynes.

They’re the primary moon rocks dropped at Earth for the reason that final Soviet Luna mission of 1976.

“I could not threat dropping them,” he informed Sky Information, talking from a practice to Poole the place he was taking a moon rock to point out graduating college students.
