Serbian riot police have clashed with anti-government protesters calling for snap elections and an finish to the 12-year rule of President Aleksandar Vucic.

The protest by tens of hundreds of demonstrators was held in Belgrade on Saturday after months of persistent demonstrations led by Serbia‘s college college students which have rattled Mr Vucic’s grip on energy.

The gang chanted “We wish elections!” as they crammed the capital’s central Slavija Sq. and several other streets round it.
