The Pakistan Cricket Board mentioned an investigation “involving cricketer Haider Ali” stemmed from “an incident that reportedly occurred through the Pakistan Shaheens’ current tour of England”.
The PCB didn’t specify the character of the investigation into the 24-year-old Ali.

Better Manchester Police advised The Related Press that early this week they acquired a report of a rape and that “we’ve got arrested a 24-year-old man”.
“It is alleged that the incident occurred on Wednesday 23 July 2025 at a premises in Manchester,” the police assertion added.
“The person has since been bailed pending additional enquiries.”
Police in Britain usually don’t identify suspects at this stage of an investigation.

The Shaheens workforce represents Pakistan in second-tier worldwide cricket. The workforce’s 15-day tour began on July 22.
The PCB suspended Ali “efficient instantly, pending the end result of the continuing investigation”.
