Murdoch heirs settle dispute over control of the right-wing mogul's media empire

Rupert Murdoch’s kids reached a settlement of their authorized battle over management of the media empire, his firms stated Monday, cementing eldest son Lachlan’s management. The deal ends litigation from siblings who contested Murdoch’s push to put in Lachlan, who shares his father’s right-wing political orientation, as successor.
