Vance Boelter was indicted in July and accused of killing Melissa and Mark in addition to seriously injuring Senator John Hoffman and his spouse, Yvette. Based on CNN, “[Boelter] faces six prices, together with stalking, homicide, and firearms offenses — with a minimum of two of these prices carrying the potential of the demise penalty.”
