September 30, 2025 — In a bold move that blends automation with trusted human expertise, TOS, the holding company of Owner School, has partnered with a fast-growing virtual assistance firm based in the Philippines, founded by entrepreneur Jocel Jualo.

This partnership brings live virtual assistant (VA) services directly into TOS’s soon-to-launch business platform, designed specifically to support solo entrepreneurs and small business owners around the world.

“Jocel Jualo is an exceptional human who has built her business from the ground up. I had the honor of observing her for 4 years before this decision. I have full confidence in her. I am thrilled her company will provide the human capital for entrepreneurs around the world,”
said Terrance Edmond, CEO and Founder of TOS.

As AI continues to transform software, automation is rapidly replacing traditional tools—but solo entrepreneurs are still struggling to find dependable, human support for the day-to-day tasks that keep their businesses running. This partnership directly addresses that gap.

The platform is currently in beta testing with a select group of early users, including nonprofits such as PCCA and over 100 hand-picked small to medium-sized business owners. Feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive, with testers praising the seamless blend of automation and live human assistance.

“Software is being eaten up by AI—but automation alone isn’t enough,” Edmond continued. “Entrepreneurs need real people who understand context, care about the details, and help carry the load. This partnership makes that possible.”

With the new offering, basic VA services will be included in the platform’s base plan, giving users access to real assistants for task which AI cannot accomplish.

The partnership is also a significant milestone for Jocel Jualo’s VA firm, which has built a global reputation for quality, professionalism, and care. Her team’s involvement ensures users get more than just software—they get real support from real people.
