Taiwan’s Olympic boxing champion Lin Yu-ting pulled out of the World Boxing Cup Finals in Britain on Wednesday, the nation’s sports activities chiefs stated, saying that organisers had questioned her gender eligibility. The featherweight was certainly one of two ladies boxers kicked out of final 12 months’s world championships after the Russian-led Worldwide Boxing Affiliation accused them of being males.
