Former UN secretary-general Ban Ki-moon has urged Donald Trump to return to international efforts to battle local weather change.
The White Home has claimed “local weather targets” are “killing different international locations and would have killed America” with out Mr Trump’s intervention.

The landmark pact, struck at COP21 in 2015, is the world’s most important and solely legally binding local weather treaty.
It goals to restrict warming to 1.5C-2C above pre-industrial ranges, and obliges international locations to provide local weather plans each 5 years detailing how they’ll ship on their share of the cut price.
