Detroit Lions receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown apologized Wednesday for his “Trump dance” landing celebration throughout a sport the president would later watch from a Northwest Stadium luxurious sales space on Sunday. (Watch the movies under.)
After St. Brown hauled in a landing reception within the Lions’ rout of the host Washington Commanders, St. Brown broke into the president’s shuffle. Different teammates joined in.
However the Lions participant maybe realized the optics weren’t so nice among the many president’s critics.
“If I offended anybody, I do apologize,” St. Brown mentioned on the “St. Brown” podcast, which was posted on Wednesday. “I didn’t imply to offend anybody. It was simply ― we’re having enjoyable. You understand, if any president was at that sport, I’d, if they’d a dance, I’d have accomplished it ― had nothing to do with who the president was.”
