A US clinic is providing would-be mother and father the prospect to pick out traits like peak and intelligence to “genetically optimise” their future infants on prime of the same old screenings for hereditary ailments.

Critics of the start-up firm have questioned the ethics of this and specialists in human genetics are additionally questioning the science behind it.
