Italy's tourism industry welcomes Olympic visitors

Companies throughout Italy may see a windfall of some $6 billion, as spectators head to the Alps for the Winter Olympics. The Milano-Cortina 2026 Video games have run over-budget, though by a smaller quantity than earlier competitions. Giulia Wedam, Co-Founder & CEO of the tourism company Cortina IN, says she’s anticipating a lift in enterprise that may outlast the Video games themselves.
