The nationwide Republican Party and the Florida GOP drew fierce backlash Saturday — Valentine’s Day — over social media posts that critics condemned as juvenile and offensive.
On X, the nationwide GOP account shared a cartoon-style picture depicting Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (who has long been the subject of fat jokes from the political proper) consuming quick meals alongside the caption: “My love for you is larger than JB Pritzker.” See the put up here.
The put up rapidly drew criticism, together with from some Republicans.
