At this pivotal stage of their careers, many skilled ladies cut back their hours or depart the workforce as a result of their wants are hardly ever recognised or supported. In line with a survey, one in 10 ladies has left – or plans to depart – work attributable to menopause signs, whereas one in 4 reduces her working hours.
