Russia Says It Has Detained A Suspect In Top General’s Killing

Russia’s safety service stated Wednesday that it has detained a suspect in the killing of a senior general in Moscow.

The suspect was described as an Uzbek citizen recruited by Ukrainian intelligence providers.

Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov was killed Tuesday by a bomb hidden in a scooter exterior his house constructing in Moscow, a day after Ukraine’s security service leveled prison costs in opposition to him. Russia’s Federal Safety Service, or FSB, didn’t title the suspect, however stated he was born in 1995.
