Abby Phillip’s look of disbelief over Scott Jennings’ protection of President Donald Trump on CNN Tuesday practically gained their debate by itself. (Watch the video under.)

On the “NewsNight” desk was Trump’s introduced plan to completely relocate Gaza residents and ultimately flip the war-torn space into the “Riviera of the Middle East” below U.S. “possession.” The thought has been met with worldwide condemnation and would doubtless re-escalate tensions and jeopardize hope of a two-state answer, U.S. allies said.

However Jennings, a Republican pundit, gave Trump a cross.

“I feel Rula [Jebreal] is true in suggesting that that’s principally what Trump is suggesting: Forcibly eradicating Palestinians from their land is in opposition to worldwide legislation,” stated Phillip.

“I feel we’re being a little bit dramatic, and we’re on our jump-to-conclusions mat right here a little bit bit,” Jennings replied. “He muses often.”

Phillip’s face says all of it:

“You’re suggesting that we’re making this up,” she continued.

“No, I’m not suggesting something,” Jennings stated. “Now, you’re placing phrases in my mouth. I’m saying you and I each know he muses often, and he’s aspirational, and he says provocative issues often.”

Phillip wasn’t shopping for it.

“Donald Trump, along with his personal phrases, stated that is what he desires to do,” she identified. “He wasn’t musing. He was trying down at a bit of paper. I’ve been in a room with him, identical to that, with overseas leaders, trying down at a bit of paper. He’s studying a press release that was ready for him. These should not musings.”
