Apollo-backed Athora eyes £5bn deal for Pension Insurance Corporation | Money News

A financial savings and retirement providers group backed by Apollo World Administration is plotting a multibillion pound takeover of Pension Insurance coverage Company (PIC), one of many Metropolis’s greatest specialist insurers.
