Australia's Brett Robinson elected new World Rugby chairman

Australian Brett Robinson was elected chairman of World Rugby on Thursday after he defeated French rival Abdelatif Benazzi by two votes. The brand new chairman pledged to spend money on “participant security, legislation reform and innovation”.
