Baubles with significance! When Jessica Jesse launched her jewellery line BuDhaGirl in 2013, she needed to create extra than simply arm sweet — and there is a significant cause why.
The concept first sparked when the founder returned from a visit to historic monasteries in Thailand, with wrists stacked in easy gold plastic bracelets.
“I started to marvel if these little bangles may develop into day by day companions for mindfulness and reminders to pause, breathe, and be current. … It wasn’t about lengthy hours of meditation. It was about consistency, intention, and style,” she tells ET.

“I set my intentions as I placed on every bangle. … I slip them onto my wrist and pause and breathe. … My first two bangles are all the time my kids, and others might maintain gratitude, focus, love, or compassion.”
