The European Union has proposed a brand new spherical of sanctions towards Russia, which features a ban on using the Nord Stream underwater pipelines between Russia and Germany and the addition of 77 extra vessels to the blacklist of the so-called “shadow fleet” of tankers carrying Russian oil. Plus, Eurostar introduced a €2 billion growth plan that features new direct trains from London to Frankfurt and to Geneva.
