France’s ex-president Sarkozy prison term to be set after Libya funds conviction

A Paris courtroom will set on Monday the date for Nicolas Sarkozy’s imprisonment after sentencing the previous French president to 5 years for conspiring to finance his 2007 marketing campaign with Libyan funds. Sarkozy, 70, denies wrongdoing, calling the decision “a scandal” and submitting an enchantment towards it.
