Luigi Mangione was indicted on 11 counts, together with first-degree homicide and homicide as a criminal offense of terrorism, within the slaying of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Manhattan District Lawyer stated Thompson’s dying “was a killing that was meant to evoke terror”.
