‘My last Vendee Globe was extremely challenging, I have learnt to pack more food this time’

The Vendee Globe on the planet’s final crusing race – a solo, continuous and world wide one. Each 4 years, sailors embark from France to sort out 24,000 nautical miles of difficult oceans, going through excessive climate and isolation throughout about three months. FRANCE 24’s Selina Sykes spoke with Conrad Colman, a sailor from New Zealand and the US who took half within the final version and can once more on this tenth version.
