A Russian assault on a civilian bus in Ukraine’s northeast Sumy area has killed 9 individuals and injured 4 others, the Ukrainian navy has mentioned.

“Medics and rescuers have been urgently despatched to the scene,” Ihor Tkachenko, head of Sumy’s navy administration, mentioned on Telegram.
