Social media was abuzz with deceptive, out of context pictures from Iran this week: dated, decade-old pictures getting used to assert Supreme Chief Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was hospitalised in a coma, and a slew of footage from 2022 demonstrations being introduced as present unrest.
