Riots broke out on the campus of Ankara’s Center East Technical College as college students protested in opposition to the detention of Istanbul mayor Ekrem Imamoglu. Hundreds have been protesting in main Turkish cities for a second night time in a row as Imamoglu, President Erdogan’s major political rival, referred to as for judges to take a stand in opposition to the Turkish authorities’s misuse of the courts.
