Russia will abandon its moratorium on deploying short- and medium-range missiles, International Minister Sergei Lavrov instructed state media Sunday, citing the US’s choice to deploy such weapons the world over. Washington withdrew from the Intermediate-Vary Nuclear Forces treaty in 2019.
