‘Singing for Stolen Children’  Escaping Russian Abduction. A Ukrainian teeenager’s account.

France 24’s Gavin Lee is joined by Liza, a youngster who escaped Russia after being forcibly displaced from Ukraine. Round 20,000 kids have been taken from their houses and despatched to Russia or occupied territories. The Worldwide Felony Courtroom has issued an arrest warrant for President Putin over costs of illegal deportation. Whereas the Kremlin calls it a “humanitarian evacuation,” impartial investigators proceed to uncover the reality. Almost 1,900 kids have been returned, however many stay lacking. Liza, a part of the Ukrainian music group Daughters of Donbass, shares her outstanding story.
