Oil and fuel large TotalEnergies has received a contract to construct “Centre Manche 2”, a 1.5 GW wind farm off the coast of Normandy. Deliberate to go onstream in 2033, the €4.5 billion venture will generate electrical energy for some 6 million households and increase France’s total wind energy technology.
