Mr Justice Chamberlain instructed the Excessive Courtroom that the “public curiosity and the pursuits of the UK could be considerably prejudiced by the grant or continuance of interim reduction”.

He mentioned: “These issues present a robust public curiosity cause towards the continuance of interim reduction.

“I’ve concluded that the keep granted by Mr Justice Goose must be discharged and there must be no additional interim reduction.”
