US, China reach framework deal on TikTok

The USA and China have reached a framework deal for the possession of TikTok, following the newest spherical of commerce talks held in Madrid. It is unclear what the ultimate deal will appear like, however US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says it includes switching the app to US-controlled possession. The deal is about to be finalised by Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping on Friday. This comes on the identical day that China accused US chip big Nvidia of violating the nation’s antimonopoly legal guidelines.
