US health insurance costs to rise by 114% for millions as subsidies expire

Greater than 20 million folks in the US will face sharply greater medical insurance prices as of January 1 after enhanced tax credit that helped enrollees within the Reasonably priced Care Act afford protection expired in a single day. The expiration of the subsidies will largely have an effect on households, small enterprise house owners and self-employed employees.
