EU set to pass Mercosur deal after last-ditch concessions seem to convince Italy

The EU is about to move a commerce take care of South American commerce bloc Mercosur after Brussels unveiled new concessions this week. Additionally on this version: HSBC has agreed to pay practically €268 million to the French treasury to settle a case over fraud on dividend tax funds. Plus, a protest from a whole bunch of UK pubs over increased enterprise charges appears to have been profitable.
